Check-in time
At the reception:
– Every day
– Free from 14:00 (2 PM) to 23:00 (11 PM)
– After hours with surcharge from 23:01 (11:01 PM) to 13:59 (1:59 PM)
Contact us no later than the day before for 50% discount on after hours check-in.
Assisted Check-out
At the reception:
– Every day
– From 11:00 (11 AM) to 12:00 (12 PM)
Self-Checkout
If you do not need human interaction (you have no questions, and no items to get back), then you can self-checkout at any time. Just drop your keys in the wall hole at the reception, and you can go! We will record your leave as we find the keys.
Cancellation/prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please check the room conditions when booking.
Children and Extra Beds
All children are welcome! Free one child under 5 years using an existing bed. For safety reasons we cannot add extra beds in the rooms.
Pets
Though we like them, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hostel.
Accepted cards
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
Initial deposit
A security deposit of 15 EUR will be charged when you receive the keys upon checking in. The deposit will be returned when you check-out and return the keys.
No night parties
To ensure a peaceful sleep to all guests, late night parties are not allowed. Please ask at the reception if you would like to organize a morning or afternoon party.
